Waiver & Release - 2025 Boat Parade Participants
By my signature below, I agree for myself, my heirs, any assigns, and anyone on my boat or in the water assisting the boat, to assume all risks of injuries or loss arising out of my participation in the activities related to the December 13, 2025, Canyon Lake Yacht Club Parade of Lights in Canyon Lake, CA, and to waive and release and hold harmless the Canyon Lake Yacht Club and Canyon Lake Property Owners Association, their officers and representatives, from all rights of claims or damages. I agree to abide by all CLPOA codes and water safety rules as they apply to boating.
