The Canyon Lake Yacht Club is proud to offer 1-2 scholarships to Canyon Lake residents pursuing careers in the skilled trades through an accredited trade school or vocational training program.

DETAILS

• Must be a resident of Canyon Lake.

• 1-2 Scholarships of up to $2000 each may be awarded.

• Must be a High School graduate or GED recipient.

• Applicant must be accepted into a certified trade school within 3 months of the award.

• Applicant must include one recommendation letter from a teacher, counselor, coach, employer, supervisor, mentor, scout leader, volunteer coordinator, or community leader.  Recommendation letters should be emailed directly to info@CLYCCA.org, with the name of the applicant clearly indicated.

• Award funds will be distributed upon receipt of proof of acceptance and a tuition statement or estimate from the trade school.

• Moneys received must be used towards tuition/fees.
